Zpluszone is an online platform engaged in selling garden-related products, including live plants, vegetable saplings, fruit saplings, seeds, and gardening essentials.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Replacement Policy, along with all applicable laws of India.

Zpluszone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display product information, images, and descriptions.
Live plants are natural products; variations in size, color, leaf shape, or growth stage are normal and not considered defects.
Product images are for reference only and may differ due to natural growth, lighting, or screen resolution.
Zpluszone reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; Zpluszone does not store payment details.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, customers will be notified and suitable resolution will be provided as per policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned at checkout and may vary due to courier services, weather, or location.
Live plants may experience temporary stress during transit; this does not qualify as damage.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched.
Zpluszone is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Replacement Policy (No Return / No Refund)

Zpluszone follows a strict Replacement-Only Policy.

❌ No returns or refunds are provided under any circumstances
Replacement is allowed only for transit damage or incorrect products
Customers must:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and damage

⚠️ Replacement requests without an unboxing video will be rejected.

Natural plant variations, wilting due to weather, delay, or improper care are not eligible for replacement.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout as per Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs are the exclusive property of Zpluszone.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
