At Zpluszone, we are committed to delivering healthy, carefully packed garden products including plants, saplings, seeds, and gardening essentials. Due to the nature of live and garden-related products, we follow a Replacement-Only Policy.

By placing an order on www.zpluszone.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Replacement Eligibility (No Return / No Refund)

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement requests will be accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged or incorrect product
  • The damage occurred during transit
  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • You provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
    • The unopened package
    • The shipping label
    • The damaged product inside

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, replacement requests will not be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement will not be provided for:

  • Issues reported without an unboxing video
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Plant wilting or drying due to weather, delay, or improper care
  • Natural variations in plant size, color, leaf shape, or growth
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after delivery
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

3. Live Plant & Garden Product Disclaimer

  • Plants and saplings are live products; their health depends on climate, soil, watering, sunlight, and care.
  • Temporary stress during transit is normal and does not qualify as damage.
  • Product images are for reference only; actual appearance may vary naturally.

These factors are not considered defects.


4. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at zpluszoneindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for replacement
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Clear photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched

🔁 Replacement will be sent only once per order.


5. Shipping Policy for Replacement

  • If replacement is approved due to transit damage or wrong product, Zpluszone will bear the shipping cost
  • No replacement will be issued for reasons beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or handling after delivery

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, only if not shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
