Since each product is handmade, slight variations in color, design, or texture are natural and reflect the uniqueness of the item — not a defect.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Handmade products with minor irregularities due to craftsmanship are not eligible for return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at zpluszoneindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and include clear photos and product unboxing video of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return procedure.

Once your return is approved, a return pickup will be arranged by our support team.
The product must reach us safely and in original condition for processing.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • In case of prepaid orders, transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.
  • If you choose a replacement, we will dispatch the new item once we receive and verify your return.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (such as change of mind or dislike of the product), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
